Don joined EMS as Manufacturing Engineer in August 2007, and serves as Senior Manufacturing Engineer. He has extensive experience in medical implant manufacturing, aerospace engineering and project management. Don served in United States Air Force from 1983 until 2003. While serving The United States Air Force he gained extensive experience as Manufacturing Engineer in Research and Development and Production Manager of tight tolerance aircraft parts.  He was production manager of a 150 man facility in the manufacture of aircraft parts his last 6 years of duty before his honorable discharge.  Don entered the medical manufacturing industry immediately after his tour. His experiences serve him greatly with his role at EMS.
